Pars Aria Development,in compliance with the state-of-the-art of project management methodologies, TPA during several years has been heavily engaged and invested on developing the Project Management Plan (PMP) based on the latest international standards of PMBOK.
Moreover project management using the international standards (ISO 9000:2000) for conduction of the projects and their quality control are also being implemented in TPA. TPATPM(TotalProjectManagement) and Quality Management are uniquely designed and implemented in several projects carried out by TPA.
